Medic Buddy uses state-of-the-art telemedicine technology and traditional hands-on diagnostic equipment to accurately diagnose and treat a variety of injuries and illnesses. Medic Buddy team members will visit your location. Once they arrive, they will obtain a medical history, perform a brief exam, perform testing as necessary, and will initiate a video conference with one of our experienced providers. Speak directly with a provider via teleconference to discuss your symptoms and come up with a treatment plan to be carried out by your Medic Buddies at your location. It’s the 21^st century house call.

Preparing for Your Visit

1. Please arrange for a well-lit, quiet, and clean area in which we can conduct your mobile urgent care visit. We will need a table or other flat surface for our equipment.
2. As much as we love pets, we request that you secure your pets during your visit.
3. It is important to have a parent or guardian present for all pediatric visits.
4. In order for us to confirm your identity and ensure we bill your insurance correctly, we will require verification of a photo ID at the beginning of your visit.
